Sing the story of a pharmacy startup in all its hopeful AI-age glory, to three different audiences —patients, doctors, and potential employees— at once, each of whom rank Alto’s industry on a spectrum from boring to bothersome?
We led Alto’s leadership team and pals from growth, marketing, and product design through workshops to step through audience journeys and define creative principles for the redesign.
